From our team
Before Hurricane Isaias in October 2026, our team prepped a dozen 30A homes in two days. Member homes were already on the list, with keys and codes on file, so nothing had to be explained under pressure.

Storm prep is finished on the homes on our list for Isaias: outdoor furniture in or secured, doors and garages latched, and dated photos taken. After the storm, every home gets walked inside and out once Walton County reopens roads and it is safe to travel, and owners get photos by email.
Storm prep and after-storm checks are for members: included on Coastal Elite, $100 each on Essential and Home Watch. Freeze checks are included on every plan.
